Pool Perks Rewards FAQs
Leslie's Pool Perks is our FREE multi-tier rewards program that awards you points for every dollar you spend on Leslie's purchases and services.
Enrollment
· Membership is free.
· Earn 1 point for every $1 spent on Leslie’s purchases and services.
· Redeem rewards for discounts in stores, on lesliespool.com, or on Leslie’s mobile app.
· Receive shipping benefits. MVP members get free standard shipping on lesliespool.com.
· Receive personalized offers.
· Receive tier-up pool float coupons.
· Receive member-exclusive events.
· View your rewards balance on lesliespool.com, on the Leslie’s app, or visit any Leslie’s store.
Yes! Enrollment in Pool Perks is free to join and full of perks!
You can sign up for free in any Leslie’s store, on lesliespool.com, or by downloading the Leslie's app.
Individuals who are 18 years of age or older, residents of the United States, and maintain a valid email address may enroll for membership in the Loyalty Program. Loyalty Program participation is for Leslie’s Residential customers only. Commercial customers and pool trade professionals are not eligible to participate.
To join, you will need to provide your first and last name, email address, and phone number.

Tier Status and Benefits
Tier status is earned based on a rolling 12-month spend. Tier status is awarded within 48 hours of meeting the qualifying spend.
Spend thresholds:
Perks Member: $0-$349.99
Perks Elite: $350-$799.99
Perks MVP: $800 or more
You remain in your tier for 12 months after qualifying for that tier. After the 12-month period, requalification is required. See Program Terms & Conditions for complete details.
Within 72 hours of tiering up, you will be sent an email notifying you of your new tier status. You can also view your tier status in your lesliespool.com online account, on the Leslie’s mobile app, or on your AccuBlue water test printout.
Perks Member Tier: Earn 1 point per $1 spent, earn a $1 reward for every 100 points earned, free standard shipping on orders $100 or more, member-exclusive events, and personalized offers.
Perks Elite Tier: Earn 1 point per $1 spent, earn a $1 reward for every 50 points earned, free standard shipping on orders $100 or more, member-exclusive events, personalized offers, and a 25% off float tier-up coupon.
Perks MVP Tier: Earn 1 point per $1 spent, earn a $1 reward for every 25 points earned, free standard shipping on orders with no minimum spend, member-exclusive events, personalized offers, and a 50% off float tier-up coupon.
Perks Member and Perks Elite enjoy free standard shipping on orders of $100 or more.
Perks MVP enjoy free standard shipping on all orders with no minimum spend.
You will receive your tier-up pool float coupon within 72 hours after you tier up.
Points and Rewards
All Pool Perks tiers receive 1 point for every $1 spent at a Leslie’s store, lesliespool.com, and on the Leslie’s mobile app. You also earn points on eligible Leslie’s services!
Yes! You earn points for all eligible Leslie’s services. And you can redeem rewards on services as well. Cha-Ching!
Perks Members earn $1 in rewards for every 100 points earned.
Perks Elite earn $1 in rewards for every 50 points earned.
Perks MVP earn $1 in rewards for every 25 points earned.
In-store Purchases: when checking out in store, provide the sales associate with the email tied to your Pool Perks account.
lesliespool.com and Leslie's app Purchases: Be sure you are logged in with the email associated with your Pool Perks account before you check out. Your purchases will be posted to your account within 48 hours after your items have shipped.
Points are issued once a transaction is posted to your account (typically within 48 hours of your purchase date, shipment date or pick-up date). If you purchase an item we are installing for you, points will be posted 2-3 business days after installation.
Your points will be converted to rewards within 48 hours.
In-store purchases: Provide the sales associate with the email tied to your Pool Perks account and ask them if you have any available rewards. If you do, the associate can apply them to your purchase.
Online and Leslie's app purchases: Be sure you are logged in with the email associated with your Pool Perks account. Your rewards will be available for redemption on the payment screen during checkout.

Yes! Rewards can be combined with other discounts and offers.
Points expire 270 days after they are added to your account if they have not yet converted into a reward.
Rewards earned on purchases and services expire 90 days after the date the rewards were issued.
Special rewards like Achievement Rewards or Gift Rewards have varying expiration dates. See Program Terms & Conditions for complete details.
You earn points on all eligible purchases excluding taxes, donations, AccuBlue membership fees, purchases of gift certificates, freight charges, and the value of coupons. See the Program Terms & Conditions for complete details.
Most products are eligible for reward redemption. However, rewards cannot be redeemed on certain purchases such as gift certificates, store credit, or federal, state, or local taxes. See Program Terms & Conditions for complete details.
The points earned for the dollar amount spent on the purchase will be deducted from your point balance. Returns may cause a negative points balance.
A negative points balance can occur when points previously earned on a purchase are deducted due to a return. If the deducted points exceed your current points balance, your account may show a negative balance.
If you return an item where you used rewards toward the purchase, the reward will be forfeited. You can contact our Customer Care Team at 1-800-537-5437 or customercare@lesl.com to request reissuance of the rewards.
