This Leslie's Pool Perks® Rewards Program (the "Loyalty Program") offered by Leslie's Poolmart, Inc. ("Leslie's") operates under the terms and conditions as set forth below (the "Program Rules"). The Program Rules govern Leslie's relationship with members of the Loyalty Program (collectively, "Members," and individually, a "Member" or "you"), including how Members manage their accounts, earn Points and redeem Rewards, as defined below.

PLEASE READ THESE PROGRAM RULES CAREFULLY. BY ACCESSING OR PARTICIPATING IN THE LOYALTY PROGRAM, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE PROGRAM RULES AND ALL TERMS INCORPORATED HEREIN BY REFERENCE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE PROGRAM RULES, DO NOT ACCESS OR PARTICIPATE IN THE LOYALTY PROGRAM.

You agree that we may provide updates, notices, disclosures and amendments to these Program Rules, and other information relating to the Loyalty Program by electronic means, including posting such information and materials online at Pool Perks or contacting you via email. You are responsible for periodically reviewing the Pool Perks website and maintaining a current, valid email associated with your account for purposes of receiving communications.

Membership Eligibility

  • No purchase is necessary to enroll for membership in the Loyalty Program.
  • You may apply to enroll in the Loyalty Program by fully and accurately providing the applicable information on the Loyalty Program website, in-store, or on Leslie's mobile app. Some of your information, such as first name, last name, phone, zip code, and email address may be required for membership and to access your Loyalty Program account (the "Account"). Information provided by you will be maintained in a personal preference profile within the Account. To learn more about how we treat this personal information, please see our Privacy Policy.
  • You must be 18 years of age or older, be a resident of the United States, and maintain a valid email address to enroll for membership in the Loyalty Program. Loyalty Program participation is for Leslie’s residential customers only. Commercial customers and pool trade professionals are not eligible to participate.
  • Leslie's may deny enrollment in the Loyalty Program to any applicant in its sole discretion and with or without written notice.
  • By opening and using the Account, you were assigned to receive and redeem benefits of the Loyalty Program, including, without limitation, Points and Rewards (as defined below), and you agree that:
    • You have read and accept these Program Rules; and you have read and accept Leslie’s Terms and Conditions which are incorporated by reference herein;
    • You consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information by Leslie's and the Loyalty Program, and authorized third-party agents and licensees, in accordance with Leslie's Privacy Policy which are incorporated by reference herein and which you confirm you have read;
    • You are solely responsible for reading the Program Rules, Leslie's newsletters or communications, and Account statements to understand your rights, responsibilities, and status in the Loyalty Program, as well as the structure for earning Points and Rewards; and
    • You have not been suspended or removed from the Loyalty Program, or engaged in any activity that could result in suspension or removal from the Loyalty Program.
  • The Loyalty Program consists of three tiers: (1) Perks Member, (2) Perks Elite, and (3) Perks MVP. All members are automatically Perks Members upon enrollment. Achieving Perks Elite or Perks MVP status requires a minimum spend in a rolling 12 months (“Qualifying Term”). Once you meet the qualifying spend, your tier status is valid for 12 months from your qualifying date.
    • 1) Perks Member: A Member will remain in the Perks Member tier indefinitely unless they meet the minimum spend required during a Qualifying Term to achieve Perks Elite or Perks MVP.
    • 2) Perks Elite: Members who spend a minimum of $350, but less than $800, during a Qualifying Term will qualify for Perks Elite status. This tier status is valid for 12 months from the qualifying date. After the 12 months is complete, requalification is required. If a Perks Elite Member does not requalify for Perks Elite status and does not qualify for Perks MVP status, they will revert to Perks Member status.
    • 3) Perks MVP: Members who spend a minimum of $800 during a Qualifying Term will qualify for Perks MVP status. This tier status is valid for 12 months from the qualifying date. After the 12 months is complete, requalification is required. If a Perks MVP does not requalify for Perks MVP status and does not qualify for Perks Elite status, they will revert to Perks Member status.
  • Members may receive different types of awards, including Earned Rewards, Achievement Rewards, and Gift Rewards. Further details of how to earn and use these Rewards are included below.

Tier-Up Pool Float Coupons

  • “Tier-Up Pool Float Coupons” are issued on a one-time basis when a Member attains Perks Elite or Perks MPV tier status. Tier-Up Pool Float Coupons may be used for dollars off the purchase of any single qualifying pool float product at a Leslie's retail store, on lesliespool.com, or on Leslie's mobile app. The Tier-Up Pool Float Coupon may only be used once for one qualifying product.
  • Tier-Up Pool Float Coupons will be issued via email within 72 hours of attaining Perks Elite or Perks MVP tier status.
  • You must be opted in to Leslie’s emails to receive the Tier-Up Pool Float Coupon.
  • Tier-Up Pool Float Coupons are valid for 30 days.
  • New Perks Elite Members receive one 25% Tier-Up Pool Float Coupon.
  • New Perks MVP Members receive one 50% Tier-Up Pool Float Coupon.
  • Tier-Up Pool Float Coupons cannot be redeemed in full or in part for cash, gift certificates or store credit and hold no cash value.

Standard Shipping Benefit

  • Perks Member and Perks Elite Members receive free standard shipping on orders of $100 or more.
  • Perks MVP Members receive free standard shipping on orders with no minimum purchase required.
  • Standard shipping does not include oversized shipping charges. Additional charges may apply for oversized shipping.
  • Same-day delivery not included in free standard shipping.

Points

Earned Points

  • All tier levels (Member, Elite, and MVP) earn Loyalty Program points ("Points") that accrue at the rate of one (1) Point per $1.00 spent on applicable purchases at any Leslie's retail location, on lesliespool.com, or on Leslie's mobile app, excluding taxes, donations, AccuBlue membership fees, purchases of gift certificates, freight charges, and the value of coupons. Points are automatically added to your Account within two (2) business days from your purchase date, shipment date, or pick-up date. If you purchase an item that Leslie’s installs on your behalf, Points will automatically be added to your Account approximately 48-72 hours after installation.
  • Points expire 270 days after the calendar date in which such Points are added to your Account.
  • Points can be accrued through one purchase or multiple purchases made over the course of your participation in the Loyalty Program.
  • Your Points and Rewards balances are available for you to view online, or on Leslie's mobile app. You can access your online Account or learn more about the Loyalty Program at Pool Perks. We may identify certain products and offers which are ineligible to earn Points or use Rewards.
  • If you believe you are missing Points after making an eligible purchase or participating in an eligible non-purchase activity, you may contact Leslie’s Customer Care Team by emailing customercare@lesl.com or calling 800-537-5437.
  • Requests for adding Points from transactions must be received by Leslie's Customer Care Team within fourteen (14) days from the date of the purchase or installation.
  • Written requests to Leslie's Customer Care Team should include your name, email address, and daytime phone. Additional information may be necessary to process requests. Such written requests can be emailed to customercare@lesl.com or mailed to Attn: Leslie's Customer Care, 2005 E Indian School Rd., Phoenix, AZ 85016.
  • Failure to supply the requested documentation may result in denial of Points and Rewards.
  • Points may also be earned from time to time by engaging in an eligible non-purchase related activity, such as getting a free in-store cleaner inspection, or through special offerings and other activities, as determined in the sole discretion of Leslie's. Point increments can vary at Leslie's discretion.

Rewards

Earned Rewards

  • “Earned Rewards” are issued based on Points accrued through purchases made in-store, online, or on Leslie’s mobile app as well as eligible non-purchase activities (for more information on how to earn Points, please review the "Points" section above). Points are converted into Earned Rewards at rates determined by the applicable tier.
  • Perks Member: Each accrual of one hundred (100) earned Points earns the equivalent of $1 in Pool Perks rewards ("Rewards").
  • Perks Elite: Each accrual of fifty (50) earned Points earns the equivalent of $1 in Pool Perks Rewards.
  • Perks MVP: Each accrual of twenty-five (25) earned Points earns the equivalent of $1 in Pool Perks Rewards.
  • Rewards are issued in the following denominations: $1, $5, $10, $20, $50, and $100.
  • Rewards may be used for dollars off any qualifying purchase or service at a Leslie's retail location, on lesliespool.com, or on Leslie's mobile app.
  • Rewards are coupons for discounts on future qualifying purchases, such that you will not receive Points on Rewards used for purchases.
  • Earned Rewards cannot be redeemed in full or in part for cash, gift certificates or store credit. Earned Rewards hold no cash value.
  • The oldest accrued Points will be used first for Rewards issuance. Points automatically convert into Rewards within forty-eight (48) hours of the accrual of the Points.
  • Rewards expire ninety (90) days after the calendar date in which such Rewards are issued.

Achievement Rewards

  • “Achievement Rewards” can be earned through achievements completed during specified timeframes determined solely by Leslie’s. There is no purchase necessary for Achievement Rewards.
  • Achievement Rewards are issued within seventy-two (72) hours of the achievement completion.
  • Achievement Rewards can be issued in varying denominations and expiration dates.
  • Achievement Rewards may be used for dollars off any qualifying purchase or service at a Leslie's retail store, on lesliespool.com, or on Leslie's mobile app. Achievement Rewards are coupons for discounts on future qualifying purchases.
  • Achievement Rewards may be applied to all purchases and services after any other coupons/discounts have been applied. Some exclusions apply. See a store associate or Pool Perks for details.
  • Achievement Rewards cannot be redeemed in full or in part for cash, gift certificates or store credit. Achievement Rewards hold no cash value.
  • Achievement Rewards expiring soonest will be redeemed first.

Gift Rewards

  • “Gift Rewards” may be issued by Leslie’s from time to time, in its sole discretion, in varying denominations and with varying expiration dates. Leslie’s reserves the right to distribute Gift Rewards as it determines appropriate in connection with promotional events, campaigns, or other programs.
  • There is no purchase necessary for Gift Rewards.
  • Gift Rewards may be used for dollars off any qualifying purchase or service at a Leslie's retail store, on lesliespool.com, or on Leslie's mobile app. Gift Rewards are coupons for discounts on future qualifying purchases.
  • Gift Rewards may be applied to all purchases and services after any other coupons/discounts have been applied. Some exclusions apply. See a store associate or Pool Perks for details.
  • Gift Rewards cannot be redeemed in full or in part for cash, gift certificates or store credit. Gift Rewards hold no cash value.
  • Gift Rewards expiring soonest will be redeemed first.

Rewards Redemption

  • In the event that a total purchase price is less than your accrued Earned Reward balance, the last Reward redeemed will be decremented by the amount used toward the purchase and the remaining balance of the Reward will remain with the original expiration date.
  • Rewards are redeemed to the penny of the Reward’s balance.
  • Rewards cannot be redeemed in full or in part for cash, gift certificates, store credit, or federal, state, or local taxes. Points and Rewards hold no cash value.
  • Leslie's is not responsible for lost or stolen Points or Rewards.
  • Rewards will be applied to all purchases and services at the point of sale after any other coupons/discounts have been applied. Some exclusions apply. See a store associate or Pool Perks for details.
  • Rewards expiring soonest will be redeemed first, regardless of Reward type (e.g., Earned, Gift, or Achievement).

General Terms

  • Points are based on your cumulative purchases at Leslie's retail locations, on lesliespool.com, or on Leslie's mobile app.
  • To link your Account to a Leslie's store transaction and ensure Points are received, you must provide the email address associated with your Account to the sales associate. For online or in-app transactions, you must ensure you are logged in with the email address associated with your Account.
  • You are solely responsible for maintaining accurate and updated Account information. You can access your online Account or learn more about the Loyalty Program at Pool Perks.
  • If you request termination or deletion of your Account, you will lose the accrued Points and Rewards associated with your Account.
  • Your rights and benefits under this Loyalty Program, including your accrued Points and Rewards, are not assignable, saleable, or redeemable for cash, other than as stated herein.
  • Leslie's is not responsible for Points and Rewards not available as a result of your failure to provide accurate information.
  • You are only required to enroll once in the Loyalty Program. No subsequent registration is required.
  • Points earned on an item you have purchased that is then the subject of a return, refund, returned check due to non-sufficient funds, credit funding issue, or cancelled payment type, will be deducted from your Points balance, including bonus Points, if any. Returns may cause a negative Points balance.
  • Return of items purchased using Rewards are subject to Leslie’s Return Policy. Rewards redeemed on a purchase that is returned are not automatically credited back to the Account. A request for credit of these Rewards can be made by contacting the Leslie’s Customer Care Team at customercare@lesl.com or calling 800-537-5437.
  • You are solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes, where applicable. Rewards cannot be used toward federal, state, or local taxes.

Cancelation and Termination

  • Leslie's may terminate the Loyalty Program at any time in its sole discretion without notice to you.
  • Leslie's reserves the right to suspend or cancel any Account or your participation in the Loyalty Program at any time without notice to you if Leslie’s determines, in its sole discretion, that you have violated these Program Rules or that the use of your Account is unauthorized, deceptive, fraudulent, or otherwise unlawful.
  • Leslie’s may, in its sole discretion, suspend or cancel Accounts.
  • Leslie’s may, in its sole discretion, combine Accounts that appear to be duplicative.
  • Upon termination of the Loyalty Program or cancellation of your Account, you forfeit any accrued Points and Rewards.
  • Repeated return of merchandise as part of this Loyalty Program shall result in cancellation of your Account if, in Leslie's sole opinion, the behavior is determined to be fraudulent or otherwise violates these Program Rules.

Changes and Modifications

  • Leslie's reserves the right to change or modify this Loyalty Program at any time in its sole discretion.
  • Any changes or modifications to this Loyalty Program will be effective immediately and may be posted to Pool Perks or may otherwise be communicated to you. You waive any right you may have to receive specific notice of such changes or modifications, and your continued access to or participation in Loyalty Program following any such changes or modifications confirms your acceptance of the modified terms. If you do not agree to these Program rules, you forfeit your right to participate in the Loyalty Program and must delete your Account immediately.

Miscellaneous

  • These Program Rules, together with any other documents incorporated herein by reference and otherwise made available to you in connection with Loyalty Program, constitutes the sole and entire agreement of the parties with respect to the subject matter of these Program Rules and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, and representations and warranties with respect to such subject matter.
  • If any provision of these Program Rules is deemed invalid, illegal, or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, such invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability will not affect any other term or provision of these Program Rules.
  • The Loyalty Program and these Program Rules are governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of Arizona without regards to its conflicts of laws provisions.
  • The failure of Leslie's to require your strict performance of any term of these Program Rules shall not be a waiver of the right of Leslie's to require strict performance of any term or condition herein.
  • Leslie's shall not be liable for any delay, interruption, or failure of the Loyalty Program, or any loss, liability or damage directly or indirectly caused by circumstances beyond the control of Leslie's, including but not limited to acts of God, flood, explosion, computer or network malfunction, or similar circumstances.
