Shipping FAQs

Shipping on most orders to the contiguous United States is free for Leslie's Pool Perks Rewards members! For full details, including expedited shipping and shipping outside the contiguous US, check our our Shipping Rates & Policies page.

We try to estimate your product's arrival date on the page where you added it to your cart, just below the price. As a general rule though standard ground service takes 3-5 business days. We will get you a tracking number as soon as we have it which will give you a better estimate. If we don't have an item in stock, or if it's a special order item we will send you an email. If you need more precise details give us a call at 1-800-537-5437.

You will receive an email and SMS notifications as your order progresses. Once your order leaves our warehouse you will be sent the tracking number used by the carrier. You can always check your Order Status from My Account, under Online History. Just click into your order to see status.

Here at Leslie’s Pool, we know how important it is to get your order as quickly as possible. To keep up with customer demands, we ship from our warehouses through out the week and on the weekends during the summer season. We also ship from a number of warehouses which reduces the time it takes for you to get your order.

Need your product fast? Leslie's offers Free In-Store Pickup. Simply choose the Pick Up in Store option and select your desired store. Most orders will be ready same day or the following morning. You'll be notified by email and text message (optional) when your order is ready.

For many items that are not in-stock at your local store, Leslie's offers Ship to Store for Pick Up. This service is free for hundreds of items. Just choose Pick up in store option and select your desired store. You'll be notified by email and text message (optional) when your product is on its way to the store and when it is ready for pickup.

Yes! During checkout, we have a check box you can select to ship to multiple addresses.

Orders & Returns FAQs

Mistakes happen, sometimes things arrive damaged, folks order the wrong thing, or the wrong item gets shipped. These situations are definitely in the minority, but if something does go wrong we will be here for you. You can submit a return online at our Returns Center.

Product FAQs

In-stock products will show a green In Stock message just below the price on the product page, along with an estimate on when you would receive your product if ordered today. Products not in stock will show an estimate on how long it will take to order and ship your product. Almost everything on is in stock and ready to ship out, and even the products not in stock will usually ship out within 2-12 business days. The manufacturer SKU or model number is located on every product page of our site, just above the product rating.

Leslie's offers extended protection plans on select equipment. A Leslie’s Equipment Protection Plan is free with purchase for being a Pool Perks member!

We have two types of rebates on our site, and they can be found on our Product Rebates and Utility Rebates pages.

On the Payment page of checkout you will be presented with an opportunity to apply any credits that are loaded on your account. If you have a credit that is not yet loaded to your account, you can add it in the "Other Payment" tab.

My Account FAQs

You can find the My Account link at the top of every page. From there, Address Book can be found on the left hand side of the page. Then click "Edit" to change an address or "Add New" to add a new address.

Leslie's App FAQs

You can download the Leslie's App in the Google or Apple Store. Here is a link to download the app.

You can shop on our Leslie's App just as your would on the website, but with the convenience of being directly from your phone app. Keep your eyes peeled, because our App has some additional features you can't get anywhere else!

You may check you water test results in the App by clicking the "My Pool" icon from the bottom of the screen. Once in the "My Pool" section of the App, click the "My Pool History" button which will take you to your "Pool Data". From there, you may access your past water test results by Month using the dropdown to select the timeframe you would like to check.

Your Pool Perks may be redeemed in the App during the checkout process. After you have added an item(s) to your cart, follow the steps to Checkout. On the "Review Order" screen, you will see a section called "Leslie’s Pool Perks & Member Deals". Your "Available Perks Rewards" are listed there. Enter the amount of Pool Perks Rewards you would like to redeem in the "Redeem Perks Rewards" field and click the "Redeem" button.
