And if we don’t carry a part or product in our stores, our Endless Aisle program can find what you need and get it to you fast.

Free in-store water testing & customized treatment plan - We pioneered complimentary in-store water testing, and have conducted more than 40 million tests. Our proprietary AccuBlue® technology tests for 10 unique aspects of water chemistry, and we provide a customized treatment plan with every test.
Free in-store labor on repairs - We provide complimentary in-store equipment repair, which we offer to all customers with the purchase of Leslie’s replacement parts. Over the past fifteen years, we have conducted more than one million in-store repairs.
In-field services - We employ the industry’s largest in-field service network, consisting of more than 200 pool and spa care service professionals who have the expertise to provide essential, on-site equipment installation and repair services for residential and commercial customers throughout the continental United States.
Loyalty Program - In 2014, we launched the industry’s first loyalty program — Leslie’s Rewards. In 2021, we enhanced it in a major way! Our new Pool Perks program features significant benefits for our loyal customers — offering 5% in rewards on all purchases, free standard shipping, extended warranties on select equipment, exclusive offers and promotions, and more. Pool Perks rewards are accessible and applicable in store, online, and in the Leslie’s app.
The Leslie’s App - The Leslie’s mobile app allows customers to create a personalized pool profile, sync in-store prescriptions, and monitor the performance of at-home water tests. Customers can also easily access their Pool Perks rewards account, redeem rewards, find exclusive member deals, view their transaction history, access their shopping cart, and more.
