How can I enroll in the Leslie's Rewards Program?

You can sign up for Leslie's Rewards Program in any Leslie's retail store or online here. You can start earning rewards immediately!

Who can participate in the Leslie's Rewards Program?

Residential customers and employees are eligible to participate. Commercial customers are not eligible to participate.

Why is my email address required?

A valid email address is required to receive your earned rewards and to access your account here.

How do I change my Leslie's Rewards password?

You can change your password in the My Account section, and will be prompted to change your password immediately the first time you sign up or log in online.

Who can I contact if I have any questions about the Leslie's Rewards Program?

Points & Rewards

How do I earn points in the Leslie's Rewards Program?

You earn one point for every dollar you spend at a Leslie's store or at www.lesliespool.com, excluding tax and shipping. Bonus points can also be earned by participating in special activities that will be announced in emails, online, and in-store!

How many points do I have to earn to get a Leslie's Reward?

For every 200 points that you earn, you will receive a $5 Leslie's Reward, which can be applied to any in-store or online purchase.

How long after a purchase will it take for my points to show up?

It will take a maximum of 48 hours for purchases to post to your account and be visible online.

How long will it take for me to receive my Leslie's Reward?

Rewards are available the same day you reach 200 points, and can be accessed in your account immediately.

Can I earn points in multiple Leslie's stores?

Yes, purchases made at any Leslie's store or at www.lesliespool.com will earn points towards your account.

What happens if I make a return?

A return will result in points being deducted from your account balance. It will deduct the amount of points you originally earned for the item. If you return an item that you purchased using a Leslie's Reward, the value of the reward will be forfeited.

Can I use part of my Reward in one visit and the rest of the Reward in another visit?

No, a Leslie's Reward may only be used for a single in-store or online purchase. They have no direct cash value and cannot be used to get cash back over a purchased amount.

Can more than one Reward be used at once?

Yes, multiple rewards can be combined and redeemed on the same transaction. Restrictions do apply, see individual rewards for details.

What if I lose my reward?

You can always reprint rewards that have not expired by visiting www.lesliespool.com/rewards/.

How long will my points and rewards last?

Rewards are good for 60 days once they are earned. Accounts that are inactive more than 18 months will be retired, and all points will be forfeited.

Can I request points for past purchases?

Yes, you can request points for qualifying in-store and online purchases within 14 days of the purchase. Proof of purchase is required. Email our Rewards team at [email protected] with the following information:

  • Name
  • Store #
  • Date of purchase
  • Transaction ID (Ticket ID)
  • Register #
  • Email Address
