Pool Perks Rewards FAQs

Leslie's Pool Perks is our FREE rewards program that lets you earn points and rewards for all your Leslie's purchases and services

Pool Perks has many great member benefits:

  • Earn 1 point for every $1 spent and earn a $1 reward for every 20 points earned.
  • Rewards are good for 12 months and can be redeemed in store, online and in the Leslie's app.
  • Free standard shipping on lesliespool.com and purchases in the Leslie's app.
  • $5 rewards bonus for signing up.
  • Free extended product warranties on Jacuzzi equipment and select pool cleaners.
  • Exclusive access to special offers and promotions.

You can sign up for free in stores through an associate, online at lesliespool.com/poolperks or by downloading the Leslie's app.

Yes! Enrollment in the program is free.

Individuals who are 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) may enroll for membership in the Pool Perks Program. Commercial customers and pool trade professionals are not eligible to participate in the Pool Perks Program.

To join, you will need to provide your first and last name, email address and phone number.

Points and Rewards

Your rewards and points balances are accessible in store (just provide your Perks email to any associate), online at lesliespool.com/poolperks, or in the Leslie's app.

In stores Purchases: when checking out in stores, provide associate the email tied to your Pool Perks account or have them scan your customer barcode in the Leslie's app.

Online and Leslie's app Purchases: Be sure you are logged in with the email associated with your Pool Perks account before you check out. Your purchases will post to your account once your items have shipped.

Points and rewards typically post to accounts within 2 business days from your purchase date, shipment date or pick-up date. If you purchased an item, we are installing for you, points and rewards will post 2-3 business days after installation.

In stores Purchases: Provide associate the email tied to your Pool Perks account or have them scan your customer barcode in the Leslie's app. This will bring up your available rewards and the associate can apply to your purchase.

Online and Leslie's app Purchases: Be sure you are logged in with the email associated with your Pool Perks account. Your rewards will be available to use during checkout.

You earn points on all purchases excluding taxes, shipping fees, purchases of gift certificates and the value of coupons. You also earn points on all Leslie's services. See the Program Terms & Conditions for complete details.

Be sure you are logged in with the email associated with your Pool Perks account. Your free shipping will automatically be applied during checkout.

The points earned for the dollar amount spent on the purchase will be deducted from your point balance. Returns may cause a negative points balance. If a reward was used on the returned item, the reward will be forfeited.
