Pool Perks Rewards FAQs
Leslie's Pool Perks is our FREE multi-tier rewards program that awards you points for every dollar you spend on Leslie's purchases and services.
· Membership is free.
· Earn 1 point for every $1 spent.
· Earn points on Leslie’s purchases and services.
· Rewards can be redeemed in store, online, and in the Leslie’s app.
· View your rewards balance at lesliespool.com, in the Leslie’s app, on your AccuBlue water test printout, or visit any Leslie’s store.

Yes! Enrollment in Pool Perks is free to join and full of perks!
You can sign up for free in any Leslie’s store, on lesliespool.com, or by downloading the Leslie's app.
No – all existing Pool Perks members will automatically be a part of the new tiered program.
Individuals who are 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) may enroll for membership in the Loyalty Program. Loyalty Program participation is for Leslie’s Residential customers only. Commercial customers and pool trade professionals are not eligible to participate.
To join, you will need to provide your first and last name, email address, and phone number.

Tier Status and Benefits
At the launch of the new program, we automatically placed all existing members into the respective tier based on their prior 12-month spend.
Spend thresholds:
Perks Member: $0-$249.99
Perks Elite: $250-$799.99
Perks MVP: $800 or more
Tier status is earned based on a rolling 12-month spend. Tier status is awarded within 24 hours of meeting the qualifying spend.

You remain in your tier for 12 months from the date you moved up to the tier. After the 12 months, requalification is required. See Program Terms & Conditions for complete details.
Within 48 hours of tiering up, you will be sent an email notifying you of your new tier status. You can also view your tier status in your lesliespool.com online account, in the Leslie’s mobile app, or on your AccuBlue water test printout.
Perks Member: Earn 1 point per $1 spent, earn a $1 reward for every 50 points earned, free standard shipping on orders $75 or more, exclusive member events and bonuses.
Perks Elite: Earn 1 point per $1 spent, earn a $1 reward for every 33 points earned, free standard shipping on orders $75 or more, exclusive member events and bonuses, $5 tier-up reward, and a 25% off any float tier-up coupon.
Perks MVP: Earn 1 point per $1 spent, earn a $1 reward for every 20 points earned, free standard shipping on orders with no minimum spend, exclusive member events and bonuses, $10 tier-up reward, and a 50% off any float tier-up coupon.
Perks Member and Perks Elite enjoy free standard shipping on orders of $75 or more.
Perks MVP enjoy free standard shipping on all orders with no minimum spend.
You will receive your tier-up reward and tier-up pool float coupon within 48 hours after you tier up.
Points and Rewards
All Pool Perks tiers receive 1 point for every $1 spent at a Leslie’s store, lesliespool.com, and the Leslie’s mobile app. You also earn points on Leslie’s services!
Yes! You earn points for all Leslie’s services. And you can redeem rewards on services as well. Cha-Ching!
Perks Members earn $1 in rewards for every 50 points earned.
Perks Elite earn $1 in rewards for every 33 points earned.
Perks MVP earn $1 in rewards for every 20 points earned.
In stores Purchases: when checking out in stores, provide the associate the email tied to your Pool Perks account.
Online and Leslie's app Purchases: Be sure you are logged in with the email associated with your Pool Perks account before you check out. Your purchases will be posted to your account within 48 hours after your items have shipped.
Points are issued once a transaction is posted to your account (typically within 48 hours of your purchase date, shipment date or pick-up date). If you purchase an item we are installing for you, points will be posted 2-3 business days after installation.
Your points will be converted to rewards within 24 hours.
In-store purchases: Provide the associate with the email tied to your Pool Perks account. This will bring up your available rewards and the associate can apply to your purchase.
Online and Leslie's app purchases: Be sure you are logged in with the email associated with your Pool Perks account. Your rewards will be available for redemption on the payment screen during checkout.

Yes! Rewards can be combined with other discounts and offers.
Points expire 270 days after the points were added to your account.
Rewards earned on purchases and services expire 270 days after the date the rewards were issued.
Special rewards such as tier-up rewards, achievement rewards, and gift rewards expire 30 days after the date the rewards were issued. See Program Terms & Conditions for complete details.
You earn points on all purchases excluding taxes, donations, AccuBlue membership fees, purchases of gift certificates, shipping and freight charges, and the value of coupons. See the Program Terms & Conditions for complete details.
Most products are eligible for reward redemption. However, rewards cannot be redeemed on gift certificates, store credit, or federal, state, or local taxes. See Program Terms & Conditions for complete details.
The points earned for the dollar amount spent on the purchase will be deducted from your point balance. Returns may cause a negative points balance.
Returns may result in a negative points balance.
If you return an item where you used rewards toward the purchase, the reward will be forfeited. You can contact our Customer Care Team at 1-888-251-1051 or loyalty@lesl.com to request reissuance of the rewards.
