If I'm a current Rewards program member, do I need to enroll in the new Pool Perks program?
No - all current Rewards members were automatically enrolled in our new Pool Perks rewards program.
What happened with my Leslie's Rewards points balance?
If you earned points in the last 3 years, your Rewards points balance was converted to points in equal value in our Pool Perks program.
What happened with my unexpired rewards from the Leslie's Rewards program?
Unexpired, earned rewards from the Leslie's Rewards program were converted to rewards in equal value in our Pool Perks program.

How do I join?
You can sign up for free in-stores through an associate, online at lesliespool.com/poolperks or by downloading the Leslie's app.
Is it free to join?
Yes! Enrollment in the program is free.
Who is eligible to join?
Individuals who are 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) may enroll for membership in the Loyalty Program. Commercial customers and pool trade professionals are not eligible to participate in the Loyalty Program. What information will I need to provide? To join, you will need to provide your first and last name, email address and phone number.
What are the rules of the program?

If a family has more than one Leslie's shopper, can they have multiple accounts?
Yes, a family can have multiple accounts, but remember that points and rewards will only be earned for the account used during the transaction and accounts cannot be combined.

Where can I view my rewards and points balance?
Your rewards and points balance are accessible in store (just ask an associate!), online at lesliespool.com/poolperks, or in the Leslie's app.
How do I ensure I receive points and rewards for my purchases?
In stores: when checking out in stores, provide the associate the email tied to your Pool Perks account or have them scan your customer barcode in the Leslie's app.
Online and Leslie's app: Be sure you are logged in with the email associated with your Pool Perks account before you check out. Your purchases will be credited to your account once your items have shipped.
When do points and rewards appear in my account?
Points and rewards typically post to accounts within 2 business days from your purchase date, shipment date or pick-up date
How do I redeem my rewards?
Rewards are accessible and redeemable in store, online and in the Leslie's app.
How long are points valid?
Points expire twelve (12) months after the calendar date the points were earned.

Rewards expire twelve (12) months after the calendar date the rewards were earned.
Do all my purchases count toward my points?
You earn points on all purchases excluding taxes, shipping costs, purchases of gift certificates and value of coupons. See the Program Terms & Conditions for complete details.
What items do not qualify for reward redemption?
Most products are eligible for reward redemption. However, gift certificates, taxes, Service labor and shipping fees are excluded. See Program Terms & Conditions for complete details.
How do I apply a missing transaction to my account?
Call our Customer Care Team at 1-888-251-1051. Please have your receipt handy - you will need to provide the transaction number, date, store, and register number.
What happens to my points when I return an item?
The points earned for the dollar amount spent on the purchase will be deducted from your point balance. Returns may cause a negative points balance. If a reward was used on the returned item, the reward will be forfeited.
