We back up this dedication with the highest-quality materials and a reassuring, limited warranty. Foam cores are covered for the following time period: 1lb foam = 1 year; 1.5lb foam = 3 years and 2lb foam = 3 years. Vinyl is warrantied for 3 years. I Have Questions About My Order. Who Should I Contact?
You can still reach Hot Tub Works by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. The Leslie’s Customer Care team will also be able to help you by calling 1-800-537-5437 and selecting option 3 for Hot Tub related questions or visiting Leslie's Customer Care . Please have your order number ready, and be sure to specify that the order was placed through Hot Tub Works.
Will My Account Data Be Transferred?
In most cases, users that had a Hot Tub Works account will be able to use the same login for Lesliespool.com and will be able to access their previous Hot Tub Works transactions.
Will My Warranty Transfer?
The manufacturer's warranty will not be affected by this move. If you have questions about warranty coverage for the product you purchased, please refer to the owner's manual or contact the manufacturer directly.
What About Product Returns?
If you need to return your purchase, please refer to Leslie’s Pool Return Policy for instructions and limitations. This policy is consistent with the Hot Tub Works return policy. Before an item can be returned or a refund can be issued, you must complete a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form. When sending your request, include your order number and specify that the order was placed through Hot Tub Works. Once the form is submitted, a member of the Leslie’s customer support team will reach out to you with further instructions.

I Can't Find the Item I Need on Leslie’s Pool. What Are My Options?
If you can't find the product you're looking for, please visit Leslie's Customer Care for assistance. If we don't carry the item in our own stores or online, in most cases we'll be able to get the item directly from the manufacturer. In the event that an item has been discontinued, we'll do our best to help you find an alternative. The health of your Hot Tub is important to us!
