Sundances Optima Thermal Spa Cover is manufactured specifically for Hot Springs Sovereign Spas. Constructed with a unique vinyl specifically engineered to withstand the effects of heat, water, and daily use, these covers also feature tough double-stitch seams. Inhabitants in both the stitches and the vinyl give this cover an age-defying durability and UV fade-resistance in even the heaviest of traffic and exposure to the sun. The c-channels are lined with high quality aluminum for further support, and the hinge on the fold is double-reinforced, as well.

The Optima Thermal Spas highly efficient ability to retain heat and fend off cold lies within the individually heat-sealed polystyrene inserts that are layered with a moisture/vapor resistant barrier that prevents it from absorbing any water. All of the inserts are sealed with a marine-grade pvc resin-based zipper and a pair of polystyrene steam-blockers sewn at each end of the fold for further insulation and protection from water damage. Each side features a child safety feature with key-lockable tie downs with two handles with ""X"" box stitching that contribute to the already dependably durable nature of the design.
