Tier status is earned based on a rolling 12-month spend. Tier status is awarded within 24 hours of meeting the qualifying spend.
Spend thresholds:

• Perks Member: Free to join
• Perks Elite: $250-$799.99
• Perks MVP: $800 or more

You remain in your tier for 12 months from the date you moved up to the tier. After the 12 months, requalification is required. See Program Terms & Conditions for complete details.

Perks Member and Perks Elite enjoy free standard shipping on orders of $75 or more. Perks MVP enjoy free standard shipping on all orders with no minimum spend.

Yes! You earn points for all of Leslie’s services, and you can redeem rewards for services as well. Cha-Ching!

Online and Leslie's app Purchases: Be sure you are logged in with the email address associated with your Pool Perks account before checking out. Your purchases will be posted to your account within 48 hours after your items have shipped.
In-store purchases: When checking out in stores, provide the associate with the email tied to your Pool Perks account.
