The Pentair Diffuser (C1-271PZ) is a high-performance internal component for the Sta-Rite Dura-Glas II and Max-E-Glas II pump series. It is also a critical part for the Max-E-Pro and IntelliPro VS 3050 models. Serving as the housing for the impeller, this diffuser is responsible for converting the high-velocity water exiting the impeller into high-pressure flow for your pool's circulation system.
Specifically designed for "Full Rated" pumps between 1.5 HP and 3 HP, this diffuser features a precision-molded 5-vane design that minimizes turbulence. Replacing a worn, melted, or pitted diffuser is essential for restoring your pump's prime, increasing water flow, and reducing noise during operation.
