Additional Information

  • Once you sign up for the AccuBlue Home Program, your membership will continue until you cancel it.
  • You may cancel your membership to the AccuBlue Home Program at any time in the following ways: 1) Online at www.lesliespool.com by logging into your Leslie’s Pool Perks account, going to “Manage Subscriptions,” and clicking the “End” button on the subscription order for AccuBlue Home. 2) Select “yes” to initiate your membership cancellation process. You will receive email instructions outlining ways in which you can return the AccuBlue Home™ Device to Leslie’s to complete your cancellation process. 3) Over email by sending an email to accubluehome@lesliespool.com with a subject reading “Cancellation Request.” In the body of the email, please indicate the email address associated with your AccuBlue Home Membership. We initiate your membership cancellation process and send you instructions outlining ways in which you can return the AccuBlue HomeTM Device to Leslie’s to complete your cancellation process. 4) By calling the dedicated AccuBlue HomeTM customer support team at 1-866-249-6721.
  • You will be charged $50.00 USD each month for your membership to the AccuBlue Home Program.
  • You may temporarily suspend your membership to the AccuBlue Home Program at any time for a period not to exceed four (4) months in any twelve (12) month period. During the suspension period you may not use or access the AccuBlue Home Program and you will not be charged the $50.00 USD monthly membership fee. You will not be entitled to any refund for any monthly payment already made.
  • The $50.00 USD monthly membership fee for the AccuBlue Home Program may be changed by Leslie’s at any time, provided that Leslie’s will provide you at least thirty (30) days’ notice prior to such change.
  • Your membership to the AccuBlue Home Program commences on the day your AccuBlue Home Device is shipped to you and continues on a monthly basis until you cancel your membership to the AccuBlue Home Program
  • The minimum purchase required to sign up for the AccuBlue Home Program is $50.00 USD.
