Your AccuBlue Home membership provides the total solution for a clean, safe, and beautiful pool. Specifically, the membership includes an AccuBlue Home device, $50 in AccuBlue Home membership credits issued each month you're actively enrolled in the program, and exclusive access to purchase test disks at a discounted rate. The device enables you to test your pool water in 60 seconds and generate a comprehensive and easy to follow prescription and treatment plan through the Leslie's mobile app. The AccuBlue Home membership Credits can be used to purchase any products from Leslie's and are good for 12 months after being issued. Finally, should you have any questions, your membership includes dedicated customer support for AccuBlue Home members.

You will receive a $50 AccuBlue Home membership credit card every month when your active AccuBlue Home membership fee is charged. The AccuBlue Home membership credit card, along with a PIN code, will be delivered to your email inbox. You can print yourAccuBlue Home membership credit card from https://lesliespool.com/, the Leslie's mobile app, or in your local Leslie's store. You can view all your AccuBlue Home membership credits online by logging in to your account at lesliespool.com and navigating to “My Account.”

If you cancel your AccuBlue Home membership, you will need to return the AccuBlue Home device to Leslie's. To do so, you must first send us a message to cancel your membership. There are two ways to do this:
1. Log in to your account at lesliespool.com and navigate to “My Account”. Then click “Manage AccuBlue Home Membership” in the left menu bar. From this page, you can click “End” to cancel your membership.
2. Send us an email to accubluehome@lesliespool.com.
3. Send us an online message by visiting the AccuBlue Home website and clicking "Contact Support."
Once we have processed your cancellation you'll receive a return label via email. Be sure to check your spam or junk folders. 4. Then return your device to any FedEx location with the provided return label.

No. Once you pause your AccuBlue Home membership, you will not be charged monthly membership fees until your membership is reactivated. In addition, you can keep your AccuBlue Home device during the paused timeframe, but you will not receive membership credits during your pause. You can pause the subscription for up to four months during any 12-month period. Unless canceled, your membership will automatically reactivate after four months of being paused.

To edit an address tied to an existing subscription order you will need to log into your Leslie's Pool Perks account and go to "Manage AccuBlue Home Membership" on your account page at lesliespool.com.
1. Click the "View/Edit" button of the subscription you wish to edit.
2. Scroll toward the bottom of the popup, and click the "Change Address" link.
3. Update your address and click "Save" when done to close the window.

To edit a credit card tied to an existing subscription order you will need to log into your Leslie's Pool Perks account and go to "Payments" on your account page.
1. Click the "Edit Payment" link.
2. You can change your credit card information. Enter the new credit card value – numbers only with no spaces, along with the expiration date. You can also update your address by clicking "Click to Add New Address."
3. Click "Save" when done to close the window.

Yes, in order to be able to sign up for an AccuBlue Home subscription you must be a Leslie's Pool Perks member. If you already have a Pool Perks membership you just need to sign in to your account before you check out with your AccuBlue Home membership transaction. If you don't have a Pool Perks membership, you can sign up for free before you check out. In addition to being eligible to participate in the AccuBlue Home subscription, you will also be eligible for exclusive discounted access to one-time use testing disks. Rewards members also receive the following free benefits just for being a Leslie's Pool Perks member:

Yes, you can pause your subscription for up to four (4) months, or skip a single month during any twelve (12) month period without having to return your AccuBlue Home Device to Leslie's. You can pause your membership by logging in to your Leslie's account at lesliespool.com.
1. To pause your membership for more than one month, log in to your Leslie's Pool Perks account, go to "Manage AccuBlue Home Membership," and click the "Pause" button on the AccuBlue Home Membership order to pause.
2. To skip your membership for only one month, log in to your Leslie's Pool Perks account, go to "Manage Subscriptions", and click "See Upcoming Orders." You can then click "skip" next to the month you'd like to skip.
You will receive an email confirmation once your membership is successfully skipped or paused.

You can reactivate your AccuBlue Home membership through the Leslie's website.
1. To reactive your AccuBlue Home membership, log in to your Leslie's Pool Perks account on lesliespool.com/, go to "Manage AccuBlue Home Membership," and click the "Reactivate" button on the AccuBlue Home membership order to reactive your membership.
2. You will receive an email confirmation once your membership is successfully reactivated.
3. Once reactivated, your membership will continue to be month to month and you can pause or cancel at any time, although you cannot have your membership paused for more than four months during any 12-month period.
